In a European IDC survey focused on employee experience, almost 42% of the respondents mentioned “looking for a better employee experience” as the major cause behind their looking for job opportunities. Organizations view automation as an essential tool to understand the demands of a people-first culture, employee independence, and empathic leadership. They are automating daily, repetitive tasks. Besides, organizations directly involve their employees in automation programs. Employees can thus focus more on high-value tasks, become highly skilled, drive innovation, and be empowered.
